I cannot speak high enough about our experience with Tims Landscaping. The quality, and ease to work with is absolutely exceptional. The search for a backyard remodel stops at Tims Landscaping.From our first encounter with their estimator to get a bid. My wife and I were surprised with the amount of knowledge and ideas that were brought to the table. They were able to describe all processes and help us envision what could be in our yard.Next steps working with David to dial the final quote was exceptional. David was able to really help us understand costs of each part of the project. We loved the 3D design he was able to put together. It really brought our vision to life. As somebody who had been throwing around ideas for the last two years, seeing it drawn up was fantastic.As we started and throughout the entire project we could not have been happier with Mario our assigned project manger and his crew. Mario really cares, and fully embodies the "get it right" and "do it right" mentality. Very easy to communicate with, and very detailed when it comes to imagining something as simple as how close we want to place steps together. Mario knows his stuff, and is an essential resource.As for the crew, they showed up on time, did a great job daily, and were extremely polite. I was very impressed by Jose's tractor controls. A big part of our project was to pull rocks out of the slope in our yard and then re stack them neatly. As you can see by the pictures, its incredible work. I was also very impressed by Alejandro's (and Jose's) ability to build a block wall. They had it dug out, gravel leveled and the bottom retainer wall done in 2 days. Alejandro was also very impressive to watch as Jose operated the tractor stacking rocks, he was able to make them all fit tightly together.

First, my apologies for this very late review.TCL came out in Sept of 2023 to remove moss and grass from our front yard and replaced it with landscaping rock and ferns. It made a nightmare part of our lawn into a maintenance-free, beautifully Xeriscaped yard!From the initial appointment when the salesman videotaped the project parameters, reviewed the scope of work with us and submitted our project for scheduling the entire experience was top notch.The crew showed up on time and ready to work. The Crew Lead, Carlos, was extremely careful to work around the irrigation system. and the entire team worked diligently to complete the job. Paulino, Citron and Edgar asked me every step of the way how I wanted the area to look. They even removed a decorative rock from another part of the yard the yard that was barely visible and made it into a nice addition to our new Xeriscaped front yard.I recommend Tim's Complete Landscaping without reservation.

Account managers take great notes of 'all those little things' and make sure the crew is communicated with well! The crews are always friendly and do a great job. I had a swath of dead black berries that was between a wire fence and the beginning of the undeveloped part of the property. They somehow got in there (a narrow space) and got them out without ripping themselves to shreds and WOW! the difference is amazing. It took them all day and I was working from home but there wasn't any interruptions, on Zoom the power equipment couldn't be heard and the men were so respectful and good at what they do.

We engaged Tim's to come and perform a major spring cleanup of our yard. We've had two children over the past 2 years, so things had gotten a little out of hand. Tim's came out and did a walk around the property with us within a few days of reaching out. They spent a few minutes going over what we wanted and then took videos and pictures to finalize the quote. The quote we received wasn't cheap, but it was competitive with other quotes we received.Our property was fit into the schedule within 2 weeks and Tim's came out with a crew of of 3 or 4. They spent the whole day at our property and came back to finish off the next day. My wife and I were impressed with the crews attention to detail. We spent a good amount of time watching them work and we could tell they cared about providing a quality service. They weren't just going through the motions.We also asked Tim's to cover most of our yard in mulch. Our property is about a quarter of an acre on a severe slope with difficult access to the backyard. Instead of hauling mulch to the back, Tim's worked with a third party contractor to come and blow mulch throughout the yard. I was happy and impressed with Tim's willingness to engage third parties when they're better equipped for a job.After seeing the results, we are signing up for Tim's regular maintenance. We're very happy and we hope the maintenance program will take some of the load off my wife and I as we care for a newborn and a toddler.

Tim's Complete has done an awesome job with overhauling the landscaping in our home. They worked meticulously to replace the existing plants, reshape the lawn edges, bring in new mulch, and install new stone paths. They also coordinated with the nursery to get the flowers, plants, and trees we wanted and worked with the irrigation team to get the plants and lawn the appropriate water. Every person we worked with has been an absolute professional, and despite this being a project with many moving parts spanning a couple weeks, the team left the workspace clean and free of debris after completing work every day which we greatly appreciated. We are very pleased with the work they've done and highly recommend them.

We needed a complete overall of our property both front and backyard and these guys did great work! Their whole team is excellent in communication and providing a realistic bid and e-mail updates on scheduling dates. There was one bush that was put in that was smaller than I wanted/expected and they listened to my concerns, and swapped it out to meet my expectations without any issue! I was impressed by a neighbor's yard and landscaping and noticed Tim's did their work. I called for an estimate for some specifics I saw in their yard. Due to Tim's work demands we waited several weeks but it was WORTH IT! Matthew and his crew were very courteous and hard working. UPDATE: The operations manager contacted me and sent a crew out to fix the issues with the fabric. He was very apologetic and sincerely wanted to make things right. After the crew finished, the lead person had me do a walkthrough with him to make sure everything was as it should be. They've also hired more office staff so phone calls and emails are now being received and answered. I appreciate that they wanted to ensure that this was resolved to my satisfaction.They were nice enough, but the work wasn't quite up to par. Rocks wound up in our catch basin (which my husband had to point out to them) after they laid new 5/8 minus. When they laid the landscape fabric they didn't use landscape staples to hold it in place underneath the new beauty bark so it buckles. They totally missed several bulbs coming up and sprinkler heads when they laid the fabric. I've called several times to have them come back to fix these things, but no one EVER answers the phone or returns my phone messages.
